Still going strong after 20 years

AXS GUARD kicks it into high gear

LOOKING FORWARD

Moving to the Cloud

The use of cloud technology is on the rise, as businesses are becoming increasingly aware of the benefits it can have in terms of efficiency and profitability. Whether it is for private, public or hybrid use, AXS GUARD is up to the challenge to make this transition a secure one.

The main benefits listed by organizations that have successfully moved to the cloud include increased efficiency, ease of access, easier administration and management, and overall lower costs.

Our mission is to make AXS GUARD compatible with the latest standards in cloud computing and to provide a seamless and secure connection towards popular cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure & Office 365.

New 8.3.0 Release

Site-to-site verbindingen with Microsoft Azure VPN

You can now configure your AXS GUARD appliance to connect to the IPsec VPN gateway service in the Microsoft Azure cloud. This new version includes support for the next generation secure key exchange standard and the dynamic routing protocol used by Microsoft Azure.

Better Outlook Connectivity

Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync is a protocol which allows mobile devices to synchronize data with Exchange mailboxes and is a replacement for Outlook Anywhere, which will be discontinued by Microsoft after October 31 2017.

The AXS GUARD appliance can now be configured so users can establish a seamless and secure ActiveSync connection to your on-premise Exchange servers. Note that support for Outlook Anywhere is still available for backwards compatibility.

Improved user experience and security

The overall VPN server configuration experience has been improved to reduce complexity and to improve interoperability with Microsoft Azure and other third-party security providers.

The AXS GUARD team keeps working relentlessly to adhere to regulatory compliance rules and protect information, data applications and infrastructure associated with cloud computing use.
