WHAT'S NEW ?

Our aim is to offer a simple interface and an efficient platform, so our partners and customers can quickly find what they need. 

New functionalities and improvements are added continuously.  By clicking on the "what's new" link (with the speaker icon) located at the top right, you will find all the information about the latest and greatest features.  






Depending on your user profile you'll see the Administrative section OR the Technical section OR both. In this section we'll explain the differences.

ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION

1. OVERVIEW

The Administrative graph (see the example below) provides an overview of all your contracts and deployed appliances displayed in a time line. 
Below the graph they are grouped by their current state. Color codes help you to detect urgent issues more easily. Click on the tab to display the list.

You can filter on Last 48 hours, Last 30 days (default) or Last 90 days. 
You can also use the "Search for..." box to quickly find and jump to a specific customer.

States are:

  • CONTRACT STATUS IS EXPIRED (RED): 

    • The system is still active (it is online) but the contract expired --> ACTION = renew the contract ASAP to benefit from support, service and the updates

  • CONTRACT STATUS IS ACTIVE (GREEN)

    • The system is active and the contract is not yet expired --> perfect situation!

  • CONTRACT STATUS IS CANCELLED or STOP CHASING (PURPLE)

    • The system is still active and the contract was cancelled administratively. 
      In theory this appliance will disappear once it is put our of service. If not, it will become "red" one day.

  • TOTAL OF APPLIANCES (BLACK)


















 

2. DETAILS

By clicking on the ContractID number or the End User name, you will be able to access the details of the contract(s) and review details like:

  • Installed software bundle and options

  • The expiry date of maintenance contracts

  • End user price in EURO (excl.VAT)








3. WHAT'S NEXT?

Our final goal is the AXS GUARD CLOUD Portal to become your prime source to fully manage your contracts but also activate software features in separate test and production environments (sandboxes) for customers.

In a more distant future, we intend to implement an online ordering system for new customers and give you access to an overview of your sales results, invoices, payments, etc.

TECHNICAL SECTION

1. OVERVIEW

Via the Technical section of the portal, you can access all the technical information of deployed systems. 

By clicking on the different views (1 - 2 - 3 - 4) you can summarise the different statuses. 
Also here, colours codes help you to detect urgent issues more easily.

1/ System Overall Status

  1. RED = systems with errors

  2. ORANGE = systems with warnings

  3. GREEN = healthy

  4. BLACK = total number of systems

2/ System Info

  1. RED = systems update check more than 6 hours ago

  2. ORANGE = systems update check between 4-6 hours

  3. GREEN = system update check less than 4 hours ago

  4. BLACK = total number of systems

3/ System SW version status (Software)

  1. RED = systems with SW version EOL

  2. ORANGE = systems with SW version End Of Support

  3. GREEN = healthy, up to date SW version

  4. BLACK = total number of systems

4/ System CS version status (Content Scanning)

  1. RED = systems with outdated CS engine and/or patterns

  2. GREEN = systems with up to date CS engine AND pattern

  3. BLACK = total number of systems

Below the graph the systems are grouped according to their colour status to facilitate easy actions.

You can also use the "Search for..." box to quickly find and jump to a specific customer.





















2. DETAILS

By clicking on the Information Icon  next to the columns headers you get some tool tips about the colour specific codes. Example :


By clicking on the Licence number OR the Contract ID, you will be able to access the complete technical details of the system.

  1. This feature will be activated in the future


We recommend that you consult our appropriate online resources when troubleshooting issues.

3.  "LOGIN" FEATURE 

As a partner you can try our new login feature which allows you to securely connect to the appliances of your customers through the AXS GUARD Cloud platform. (Note that an administrator account is still required to log in to each appliance.) . See number 5 on above graph.

A secure connection is established between the AXS GUARD CLOUD and the customer's appliance. This means you no longer have to remember or manage IP addresses or set up dedicated VPN connections in order to assist your customers.

We off course recommend the use of two-factor authentication to safely connect to our portal in the first place.

TOOLS

This section is in full development and new features and functions will be added soon. 

 

Conclusion:

The AXS GUARD Cloud portal will become an essential tool for all our partners in the future. Thanks to this portal, you will be able to manage your accounts more easily and remotely troubleshoot systems with just one click. It will also facilitate communications with our back office.
