Banking Customers
- VASCO Technical Support services can be purchased through the Standard Support Plan, the 24/7 Support Plan, or the VIP Support Plan.
- If faster response times and greater support levels are desired, additional support plans can be purchased.
- By default, VASCO Technical Support contracts are automatically renewed each year unless specified otherwise.
Distributors
- VASCO Technical Support services are provided through the Standard Support Plan. VASCO guarantees an email or telephone response to the customer’s designated contacts within 8 business hours.
- If faster response times and greater support levels are desired, additional support plans can be purchased.
- By default, VASCO Technical Support contracts are automatically renewed each year unless specified otherwise.
Integrators
- Integrators are resellers that have a direct relationship with VASCO. If desired, VASCO Technical Support services can be purchased through a VASCO Technical Support Plan.
- If faster response times and greater support levels are desired, additional support plans can be purchased.

Resellers
- Resellers who purchase VASCO products from a VASCO distributor are encouraged to obtain technical support through that distributor.
- Nevertheless, resellers can purchase a Technical Support Plan directly through VASCO, if desired.

Enterprise Customers
- Enterprise customers are always encouraged to receive technical support from the reseller through which they purchased their VASCO products.
- Nevertheless, any enterprise customer who would like to receive VASCO Technical Support directly may purchase a support plan at the time of initial purchase or by contacting a VASCO specialist at one of our dedicated toll support numbers
