Automatic updates
The use, services and the potential dangers of the Internet to your organization are evolving at a rapid rate. You need a security product that evolves in parallel with your security needs. This is why we continuously add new applications, services and security to the aXs GUARD.
To simplify updating of software modules, aXs GUARD regularly checks (several times per day) whether new components or patches, or an entirely new version of aXs GUARD is available.
New patches are downloaded and can be set to be activated automatically, as these changes are fairly transparent to the system administrator.
Following automatic downloading of an entirely new version, the system administrator is advised by e-mail of its availability. These updating services are part of the maintenance contract possibilities.
Guarantee and repair
Each aXs GUARD is covered by a one year guarantee on the hardware. For the first three months following delivery, any repairs are made by us at the customer's site, if within the Benelux. Any hardware failure after the first three months requires the aXs GUARD to be shipped to us at the customer's cost.
We offer broader maintenance contracts. Prices of maintenance contracts are calculated based on a percentage of the selected software modules and hardware, as configured by the client.
